Big oak and sweet vanilla and caramel on the nose. Palate is peppery with baking spices and butterscotch. Excellent pour and of course as a single barrel each experience will be unique.

Excellent bourbon for the value. One of the best <$20 for sure. Mote complex than one would expect at this price point. The nose presents with roasty notes of caramel and vanilla that continue to the palate. Palate in addition to the caramel and vanilla also includes citrus and fruits. Finish is longer than I expected for a $20 bourbon aged 4 years.

WAY WAY WAY overpaid for this, won't make that mistake ever again. It is a good value bourbon at the $30 MSRP, not the $150 I paid when I got ripped off. Mellow nose of vanilla and caramel, same on palate with slight fruit tones added. Finishes quickly. Don't use as a mixer bourbon or add ice, it can't take it. Cheers.

Went to a deluxe tasting experience. Thoroughly enjoyed all of their products. Slightly sweet and smokey nose. Nice body and woody on the palate with notes of spices and dried dark fruits. Finish lingers and continues to dance on the tongue for some time. Very enjoyable true craft bourbon.

Very solid low cost bourbon. 8-12 years aged. Oak and vanilla. Great mouthfeel and finish for a bourbon at this price point. Excellent buy.

Earthy, woodsie, and slight brown sugar on nose. Taste is equally earthy with some chocolate fudge filling the mouth resulting in a lingering finish.

Caramel, vanilla, apple pie, oak, and fresh fruit on the nose. The vanilla, caramel, and maple syrup cover the palate on this well bodied spirit. This is very smooth for a high proof. Not a good value, $60 for 375ml and hard to find.

Bold! High octane, 55%. Honey on nose with dried fruit, citrus, and vanilla. Same honey and citrus with caramel, apple, oak, and cinnamon on palate, with a serious bite.

Potential. Oak and vanilla on the nose. Palate has heat but is full. Have not had their offerings that have aged longer than this 8 year, needs more time.

Not too sweet stewed fruit, earthy, and spiced. Smooth, layered, and complex.
