Nose: Holiday/Wintery, Spices, Cinnamon baked apples, All spice, Brown sugar oatmeal, Tabacco. Taste: Follows the nose quite well, Spices, Carmel apples, Savory brisket smoke and char, Cherry, Leather, Finish: Long, Spicy, Oaky (not a burning sensation rather a nice ginger snap cookie finish.) So good.60.0 USD per Bottle

Nose: Vanilla, Oak, Cherry, Leather Taste: See nose. Nearly identical. Finish: Medium and warming. Vanilla and brown sugar. Super generic bourbon nose and taste. If you told me this was a 4 or 5 year bourbon I'd most definitely believe you. Not as smooth as I would expect. It's not bad but nothing to write home about.

Nose: Clean baby diaper (this scent was so distracting I couldnt pick up anything else, now that I think about it this could have been left over from the detergent the bar used) Taste: Nothing exciting, leather and a little sweet. Not many nice strong flavors present Finish: short and a bit sweet. Because the off smell could be from residual detergent I'm unsure if this whiskey is really deserving of this score but I doubt it's worth another try. Every other bourbon we had (7 in total) didnt have any similar smells so I am thinking it was just the whiskey itself.

Booker's Bourbon Batch 2018-02 Backyard BBQ
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed August 2, 2018 (edited May 9, 2019)Nose - Vanilla, Brown sugar candied and roasted pecans (close to burnt but not quite). Taste - Tons of spice and nutty notes, Almond butter and almond brittle come to mind, Tobacco and Vanilla jump out every few sips. Finish - Medium and a bit harsh at times, big vanilla and nice allspice and cinnamon combo. I prefer it with 4-5 drops of water for a 1.5oz pour.70.0 USD per Bottle
