Tasting Notes
"Oyo is unique in its aroma with smells of cedar, nutmeg, burnt sagebrush, vanilla pastry cream and hints of well worked leather. The flavors are soft and supple with more cedar, dried cherries, cinnamon, nutmeg, and toasted wheat bread. The finish is long and spicy with soft tones of caramel spiced with crushed red pepper that lingers both on the lips and on the back of the throat. "
