Tastes

Nose - Floral notes, clary sage, cedar. Taste - orange, cedar, peppery rye. Very interesting, good stuff.

Maple, pecan and citrus on the nose. Butterscotch and tobacco on the tasting. Very simple sweet to smokey with a short finish. Not a fan.

Private barrel pick for Broudy's. Butterscotch, corn, oak and honey on the nose. Honey, mint, corn and nuts on the taste. Peppery burn on the finish. Good value for the money.

Voyage 11 - tried at Blind Rabbit JAX Beach. Vanilla, pecan, cinnamon flavors. Good stuff.

Way too astringent, tannic, something like that. Had a pour at a restaurant; might have been a bad bottle?

Good nose, pretty good on tasting. Didn't realize how high of a proof it was.

Definitely young, but year-round 90 degree temperatures during aging make it seem older than it is in terms of oak, etc. This one grew on me after a while. I think this will be a pretty good product once they've been around for a few more years.

Huge nose on this one.

Butterscotch and vanilla nose. Honey, rye, black pepper, almond. Very smooth.

Cereal nose. Butterscotch, honey, white pepper, apricot.
