Excellent boutique bourbon. Very oily mouthfeel that hangs around long after the liquid is consumed. Initially I got orange and cherry that matches the nose but as it subsides it gives way to tobacco and possibly vanilla. I wouldn't be surprised if this becomes a unicorn bottle in a few years.

Metal, wheat, heat, simple

Bit hot, super briney, loads of flavor, lingers, great mouthfeel

Peat and sweet. Simple, oily, light

Oily, smooth, briney, lingers

Sweet, smooth, green apple, confectionary sugar, peppery, spice

Plum up front, some hay, a bit hot

Farmyard, hay, straw flavors

Little bland, some old fashioned sweetness but it counters the bourbon. Price is excessive

Brown sugar, maple, little hot
