Strong cinnamon. and oak are evident on the initial taste and the finish. Sweeter notes (honey and fruit) come through on the follow up tastes. I'm more of a rye person, but this I like.

Apple and smoke. Alot of smoke. Good bite with a slight bitter finish. The bite softens considerably with a splash of water.

Vanilla and Honey, incredibly smooth. The first sip was excellent, as was the last sip of the fourth glass. Near perfect balance. An incredibly well done scotch.
