Highlands. somewhere between a glenfiddich 18 and a Macallan 18. Tiny bit of peat flavor that I actually love. Medium burn. Sherry barrel.

Highlands. Not sweet. Simple. not rich. Salt and brine more prominent with richness subdued. Medium burn. Nothing wrong but wouldn’t buy for stash again. American and Spanish oak barrels.

Probably a really good rye whiskey. This is my first. I’m spoiled by scotch. I’m sure it’s great for what it is. I’d just rather have scotch.

Good burn. Toasted nuts and sea salt. Earthy in a perfectly balanced way. 2nd Favorite of peaty malts (1st is highland park 18). Low end of grade. Highlands.
