Tastes

I’m getting a little spice on the nose. Not much burn for a 104 proof, main flavors on the palate are cinnamon buns and oak.

I’m still not great at tasting notes but corn, vanilla, with a hint of brown sugar on the back end. Not surprisingly, not a lot of heat. Solid whiskey that will be spared from the mixers.
