Tastes

Surprisingly smooth, lingers on the back of the palate. Rich caramel color, vanilla and currant nose.

Store pick. Very soft for a rye, especially at this 112 proof. Citrus on the nose, and coats the edges of the palate. Nice sweet finish, with some heat on the backend.

Extremely drinkable. Nose of raspberries, nutmeg and soft vanilla. Hits the front of the tongue, but doesn’t coat the rest of it. Most of the bite is on the back end of the pallet in your throat, leaving the majority of your tongue completely unaffected. Sweet, but not too sweet.
