Nose notes: Carmel notes with a hint of orange Tasting notes: Quick up front spice, baking spices, with a lingering dry finish with hints of the Cabernet but always just a flighty hints that don’t linger long but add to the dry finish. This one drinks like a Bourbon while Daviess County Finished in French Oak Casks drinks slightly like a Scotch. With a little time to breath the pour get better with time.
