Tasting Notes
"From the tinged color to the brooding finish, the Cabernet Sauvignon cask has finger prints all over this bourbon from Daviess County. The highly focused nose is defined by dark berry, pepper and vanilla aromas. The spirit hits the palate with some weight opening with rye spice and a tannic dryness. The second act is full of charming cola, butterscotch and caramel flavors that finish with a surprising softness. A drop of water is recommended. "
