Mmmmm, really tasty rye

Wow! The alcohol bite on this one is strong, almost too strong at first. Thankfully the bite goes away quick. I'm getting a lot of oak and spice on this one. It's good, but I think I prefer my WLW.

Pretty damn tasty. Nose almost has a fruity component to it. Light oak on the taste, some caramel and vanilla. At 90 proof it isn't too intense, easy to sip. Thanks for the sample Eric!

Another cool bottle I haven't opened in a while. Always been a huge fan of Wasmund's so I couldn't pass up an AB barrel version. This particular bottle was aged for 32 months. Lots of wood and smoke on the nose, follows on the taste. A little alcohol burn but smooths out quick.

Another one I haven't opened in a long while! Based on a recipe from the 1800s distilled using barley, oats and rye. Still has that distinctive Copper Fox woody nose to it, lots of wood on the taste.

Hadn't opened this bottle in a while, figured it was time again! A bit sweeter than I recall, decent alcohol burn. Pretty solid overall.

Yeaaaa, got lucky with scoring a bottle of this. Really damn tasty, and smooth considering the proof!

Had it a couple weeks ago, quite tasty
