Pear nose, citrus pallate, stone fruit, mellon echo.

Initial flaviours.... Smoky Peaty fades away fast. Mild vanilla when diluted along with slight hay smell. Sweet but cant point finger to what flaviour of sweetness is linked. Echo of burned bacon rashes

Very oily, peaty and herbatious, not very floral on the nose but lots of cracked pepper and same on palate possibly jalapeño mild heat.

Slight honey nose, not any smoke on nose. Wide sweetness initaly and keeps spreading out wide as it echoes. Slight metalic taste. Not a heavy product. When water is added to dilute and widen the product I can taste more spice and nut. Peaty flavoues strangly louder after diluting with water
