Heavily peated and warm,

Peppery and peated on the nose. A heavy mouthfeel, with strong smokey notes and spicy warmth

Smell is deliciously peated. Warm, smooth peat and smoke taste, with hints of caramel and oak

It’s called Peat Monster for a reason- has a deliciously mild peaty taste. No strong notes of smoke, but warm spice and vanilla. Mildly sweet and easy to drink

Has a woody scent that burns a bit on the nose. Tastes stronger than the ABV and has a sharp heat, but is a clean bourbon and would likely be good in an mixed drink.
