Tastes

Fruity sweetness on the nose, almost like a grape or apple juice. The taste is slightly spicy, but mostly notes of grain/ cereal. The finish is pretty clean and a little sweet. Overall this gives the impresseion of a good, neat Tequilla.

The nose is subtly sweet with earthy undertones. The earthiness comes out in the taste- pribably as a direct result if the Koji- that is softened by a sweetness akin to honey.

Floral, grain, and citrus on ths nose. Citrus carries over in the taste, though the flavor is mostly honey, vanilla, a but of pepper, and toasted wood that gives it a pleasent warmth.

An almost licorice quality to the nose, along with black tea. The taste is complex and hard to place-some tobaco, some richer chocolate-but mostly carries strong spicy flavors into a smooth finish.

Sweet and somewhat floral on the nose. Slight peat on the palate, but mostly charred wood and smoke. Finish is warm spices and a bit of bitterness.

Fruity on the nose but baling spices on the palate. A light mouthfeel, slightly warm finish thag carries a lingering note of ginger

Vanilla and char on the nose. Palate is sweet and smooth, with notes of honey, charred oak, and cinnamon

Vanilla, tobacco, and herbal on the nose. Taste is strong- as makes sense for cask strength- with predominant grass and tobacco notes. The sherry cask comes out a bit in the finish, but gives it a slight medicinal quality
