Vanilla on the nose. Eucalyptus on the palate. Medium to long finish. Nice mouthfeel. Easy drinking. Smooth with little burn.

So smooth. No burn. Sweet caramel notes. Vanilla and brown sugar on the nose. Long finish. Barrel 5081. Bottled 4-28-08. I'm gonna miss this one when it's gone.
