Tasting Notes
"Oak and sea wrestle for dominance at the first sniff, and the tussle continues throughout tasting, with soft notes of custard and caramel in the background a bit overwhelmed. Prickly, peppery and assertive, this wheated Voyage is decidedly more briny than its rye-backed forebears. The finish is once again dominated by the face-off between wood and brine. "
