Very complex. Hits you with a vanilla, hits the back of the tongue with an almond like flavor and finishes with a slight spice, cinnamon and a slight bite.

Fairly smooth. Solid taste up front but leaves an interesting aftertaste. Good for mixing, this and a Sprite cured what ailed me.

By far the best rye I’ve ever had. Very smooth, no burn. Could easily make a very good rye old fashioned or sip by itself.
