Sweet, smooth. Earthy, but not peaty. Rum notes.

It’s not smooth but it doesn’t burn. It’s sweet on the nose and palate, but it finishes with an ethanol taste. Meh

It’s very sweet. Like most bourbons, there’s a strong burnt caramel flavoring. There is a good bit of oak, but it’s not overwhelming

The nose has a bit of caramel, and a sweet almost toffee like quality. The palate follows, almost like a Girl Scout cookie. The finish is caramel and my god it is basically an alcoholic liquid Girl Scout cookie

Very sweet, definitely a corn whiskey. Goes down smooth, kinda woody.

Salty and oaky. There’s a little caramel but not enough to give it a salted caramel taste. Not bad, but not my thing.

Single barrel select from AppleJack’s wine and spirits. Very smooth. Tip hits with some caramel and nuttiness. Finishes with a slight peppermint taste, it kind of cleanses the palate on its own. Incredibly tasty, may have to pick up a 2nd bottle.
