Nose: Soft but forward Smoke with slight toffee Palate: Initially strong highland peat, dark baked apples and sugarcane which bring a hint of sweetness Finish: Moderate smokiness which is short and abrupt

This is the best Whisky I’ve had Nose: Powerful, peaty and juicy, amaretto end Palate: Amazingly smooth, deeply peaty yet soft, raspberry and dark chocolate Finish: Much like a Talisker 10

Nose: Charred pears and a strong bonfire Palate: Deeply peaty, Black pepper, brine and dry barley Slight: long finish with heavy bonfire and slight salt
