The wild flowers, hay, and fresh grass give a sweetness and ease to the air. Nose: grass, slight slight peat, honey, vanilla, floral, banana Palate: smooth and easy on the front with silky vanilla and light oak characteristics. Small pepper and anise. Good oak and soft caramel finish. Overall this has been my favorite must always have SB/7+year bourbon. For $30 it’s very tough to beat, especially when it comes to easy and smooth drink ability that has depth and breadth.30.0 USD per Bottle -
