Tastes

The smell is a little metallic if you search for it but the overall is just lemon with a mix of vanilla. It ends on a grassy note after breathing. Initial taste is a slightly strong grain/cereal into a slight lemony mint bite. The finish is a strong buttery biscuit but doesn't last long and linger (like Redbreast which I prefer). I enjoy Jameson a whole lot and it's easily my go to everyday drink. Especially considering the price.

Cinnamon with a brown sugar smooth finish. Just enough of a hit to feel right. Smooth because of the low proof but that's perfect with the rye level in this. Definitely a solid every day bourbon.
