Tastes

Fragrant nose of baking spices, cherry, banana, creme brûlée, and some lemon meringue followed by oak. More of the same on the palate initially followed by a blast of oak and vanilla with a touch of heat. Pleasant and long-lasting finish that melds it all together with spices re-emerging on the backend.

Fruity. A bit hot.

Banana, vanilla, and maple syrup with maraschino cherry and honey in the finish.

Honey and cinnamon with vanilla, caramel, and oak.

On the nose, maple and toasted oak with a touch of cinnamon, apple and grain. Maple and brown sugar on the palate. Medium body. Medium-length finish with apple, cinnamon, and some other spices.

Some honey and oak with spice in the finish. Slightly oily mouthfeel.

Cherries, caramel, oak, and honey. Full, slightly oily mouthfeel. Warming finish.

Vanilla, caramel, banana, brown sugar, and a hint of nutmeg in the nose. Vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, and spice on the palate with a touch of banana in the finish. Full, somewhat oily, mouthfeel. Finishes warm but not as hot as the proof suggests.

Vanilla, cherries, cinnamon, and some oak. Some subtle peanut notes in the finish as well.
