Neat- N: choc covered cherries, vanilla & toffee C: rich sourwood honey P: apple peel, diet soda sweetener F: Brown Ale --- If with Water- N: caramel, moss P: strawberry F: hairspray, whipped cream

Neat- N: Bitter fruit, rumball P: Sweet pepper, oak F: Kiwi ... If With Water- N: Rum cake P: Sweet butter F: Peppery

The nose immediately brought to mind holiday fruitcake and rumballs. The palate was overwhelmingly covered with pepper with a clear and fresh finish with a hint of sandalwood. Adding water changed the nose to pine wood and brought out a buttery carmel palate with an apricot finish.
