I give this one a 4/5 as it has quite a bit of complexity and a nice flavour profile for an inexpensive (67 CDN 2018) age statement bottle. I prefer this to the 18 year.

Fruity, simple, not complex. Light on flavour and short on the finish. I do find people that are being introduced to Scotch tend to like this one for its simple non offensive nature. Overall a nice drink at an affordable price but far from memorable.

Peat smoke, farmers sausage, bandaids...it’s a wild endeavour but well executed and oh so smooth. A little too medicinal for my taste hence the 3/5 however if this is the flavour profile you enjoy it is near perfection.

Fruity, simple and easy to drink. Nothing too complex or mind blowing but a nice drink. Similar in complexity and flavour profile to Macallan Gold, however better execution of flavours in the Hibiki.

Spicy, fruity and delicious. Personal favourite.

Jack of all trades master of none. Some brine, fruit, oak, smoke but in my opinion this is the most over rated Scotch on the market. There are much better bottles to be had. Try Old Pulteney 21 instead for a similar flavour profile but IMO much better execution.
