Pretty solid. Had it on ice after a few beers so palate wasn’t perfect, but I liked it enough to know I would buy it. A little vanilla for sure came through and had sort of a full mouthcoating feel I liked.

Whoa! Take note Castle and Key - this is how you do a 4 year bourbon. Has that young ethanol taste, but also is really malty and oaky. Surprisingly complex for its age.

Nice and super smooth as you’d expect from low proof. Still had a pleasant sweetness and almost a creamy finish. Good stuff.

Really nice vanilla and caramel note. Good amount of heat for me but short finish. I’d like for it to linger a bit. Can’t wait to make an old fashioned from this.

I guess you’re not supposed to like such a “young” whiskey but k quite liked this. Maybe a bit thin, but some nice sweet and sort of fruity notes and a little peppery finish I enjoyed.
