Wonderful deep color Super complex nose, rich and full. Some wonderful seasoned wood, allspice , caramel cinnamon and banana. Palate is allspice syrup port with some spice and nutmeg Smooth all the way through. Some Bread pudding as well Really great pour

Binnys barrel pick at 107 proof and no age Botanical lemon and fresh wood on the nose Palate is a younger grassy taste. Some lemon and anise with fresh wood notes More fruit as it opens up Short bright finish

Raisin and grass on the nose. Some licorice and lite alcohol are also there Palate is nutty and fresh wood. Very watery feel. Finish is bitter. Not enjoyable, lacking anything interesting at all

Nose is butterscotch, wine, with some raisin and menthol Palate is rich and creamy mouthfeel with allspice, smoke, cinnamon, spice and cigar box on the plate wary. As it opens you get more maple and nutty flavors with and herbal undertone Cheryl on the very pleasant finish

Light medium copper in glass Clove allspice cardamom and orange blossom on the nose Sugar, red hots and ginger on the nose. Caramel and honey on the palate very rich mouthfeel. Smooth long easy finish. A true standout

Binnys store pick Pine and ethanol with orange on the nose Hot on the palate. Fresh wood , grassy with a little coffee. Can taste the high proof Finish is nice and even

Nose is vanilla and citrus with a little peppermint Hot on the palate with some caramel corn with some orange very warming Finish is a little dry and one note Good but not great

Reviewed at twisted spoke chicago Orange nutmeg on the nose with some allspice a little cherry Palate is mulled wine very warm but not over alcohol. A little toffee and caramel with some chocolate upon further sips Finish has a little burn with some grassiness A really plus bourbon I will have to get a bottle for the collection

Lots of cinnamon and clove on the nose very rich enveloping nose feel. Sweet maple syrup First sip is tons of smoke rich silky feel, really coats your mouth. Molasses/ maple as it continues . Very okay Maybe a little too much Clean finish to it no burn at all to this. Pleasant but not especially noteworthy It is a good bourbon but not special
