While neat, the finish on this is rough. With ice it's much better. Lots of spice. Can't distinguish other notes. Possibly cinnamon

Vanilla smell, creamy very sweet start, a little bitey but it fades quickly. Don't love that bite though. Added ice to cut it but that actually made it worse, much better neat . that start is divine tho

Green apple smell. Spicy vanilla. No burn on the end. A bit of a finish I don't like. Pairs well with apples

Delicious. My favorite. Actual real honey not honey flavored easy entry whiskey for people who like sweeter but not syrup
