Reviewed February 12, 2018 (edited January 17, 2019)The water used at the distillery runs through peat and you can still get a slight taste even in this unpeated expression. The taste is full bodied, leather dried fruit and needing a pinch of water at 50% or so. At the price, a great shelf mainstay -

Reviewed February 12, 2018Rich green fruit nose of pear and Granny Smith apples. Toffee and vanilla come in to seal the deal in both nose and taste. Bites a bit, but water soothes. A mainstay on my shelf
