"Golden yellow in color with strong peat presence on the bouquet. Notes of toasted oak and lemon are also present. Lemon carries over on to the palate which is also full of pepper, sea salt, and caramelized sugar. The peat is well-balanced by the saltiness of this whisky. It finishes on a warming briny note with hints of toasted oak. "
