Woah.. alot different than the non-cask strength Stranahans..Taste is super heavy green tea and floral, wood and that sweetness from Robitussin/artificial cherry.. Not my favorite from them, and not in my top 10 cask, but very interesting still.. Using this in my infinity bottle to add some complex tea and floral notes

Excellent bourbon, I can't say for certain..but owning the Japanese variants of Blanton's, this is almost indentical to the "gold" Blanton's at a slightly lower 45% vs 51.5%.. if you had the two side by side it would be difficult to tell.. excellent value, bought ER for $32

Good smoothness and fruit, nothing too intense, green label is better.

lots of honey and cereal, pretty smooth neat

great Islay with good smoke for the value, very comparable to a cheap Laphroaig or JW double black.. very enjoyable neat

luckily had a pre 2012 bottling of this hiding in my bar until my palate caught up to Scotch. Very nice blended malt, fruity and super smooth. Good amount of peat, but not alot of smoke.
