Nose has a fruity banana perfume aroma, caramel, brown sugar, hint of ethanol. Palate brings in Rye Bread, Rye grain, grated cinnamon powder, malt, dark honey, not as fruity or sweet as the nose let on. Mouth coating finish, definitely a Rye! Different than the barrel proofed sweet notes, maybe watered down too much?

Fortaleza Reposado Tequila
Tequila Reposado — Tequila Valley, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed June 20, 2023Nose is heavy on the smoke, ash, agave, mineral, caramel, tropical. Palate is much different, lime, tropical notes, salt, agave, pepper. Finishes with agave, slight smoke, tropical citrus. Overall a good tequila, one of the few that ive had in a glencairn, will need to try in a cocktail next.65.0 USD per Bottle -

Stellum Rye was my favorite $50ish bottle in 21', so my curiosity got me for this older bottle. NAS, and at 114 proof, made by the Barrell guys. This is an amazing Rye, super buttery, creamy palate, pepper and a light amount of dill.. This is a premium rye, worth every bit of the 100$ MSRP.. I liked this alot better than T.H Saz, and more than Barrell Rye #3 which is similarly priced.

Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Small Batch Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed April 6, 2020 (edited July 15, 2020)Nose : cinnamon, caramel candy, vanilla Palate : Smooth, cinnamon red hots, a little brown sugar Finish : Smooth in your mouth and warm going down, warming spices longer Pretty good bourbon! I've been spoiled with Barrel Strength bourbons and this BIB 100 proof still has a decent bite, but is also a bit thinner than I'd like. Enjoyable if you can find it in the $40 range!43.0 USD per Bottle
