Rich flavorful bourbon . Strong notes of caramel, burnt wood and vanilla. The biggest downfall of this bourbon is inconsistency. When it is good.. It's excellent, but it's really a shot in the dark at whether or not you get a good bottling. Not at all the beam distillerys most consistent spirits, but one of the more flavorful.
