Tastes

Early on smells of buttery brown sugar, hint of cherries follows. Initial first taste is sweet, sugary, typical rye bite follows, and lingers. Not much else going on. Dry spiciness is what you’re left with. Not bad, not amazing either.

Light, sweet, smoky, delicious.

Initial taste is sweet, light, vanilla, light smoke flavor. Missing in bite, but also in flavor. Taste doesn’t stick with the palette, for better or for worse. Price point makes it easy to use for cocktails or to introduce noobs to scotch drinking.
