I also tasted this at the distillery in St. Augustine. Just like their regular bourbin, I was very disappointed. There is no way this bottle is worth the $200 asking price. I was maybe ready to pay $70 or $80, but this needs to spend alot more time in the barrel to be worth what they want. There was no body, no depth of flavor, and finished very harsh. This distillery is a definite no until they learn more.

This bourbon solidifies the fact that the only really good bourbons cone from Kentucky. This tastes more like a wheat whiskey than boubon. I was thinking about adding a bottle to my collection, but the price does not equal the quality. I was at the distillery and they wanted $60. There are plenty of better bottles than this for half the price!
