Had in 101 Stone Sour @ Twin Peaks Mesquite; wild turkey 101, orange, lemon, lime, simple syrup, aromatic & orange bitters, orange peel & Luxardo cherry. Light orange nose. Orange lime tartness with a touch of whiskey swetness. Light lemon & orange finish. Awesome, currently my favorite cocktail to date. Ordered a second, thats rare for me. 5/5

Macallan Fine Oak 15 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed July 18, 2018 (edited August 12, 2018)Oak nose with a touch of vanilla & citrus sweetness. Sherry oak flavor with a hint of vanilla sweetness. Sweet citrus finish with oak & spice notes. Lingering oak flavor with a touch of sherry. This reminds me of a softer Glenmorangie 10 year with a touch of vanilla... over priced for me. @ Twin Peaks Mesquite 1oz pour for $21.99 -
Neat; spicey & sweet (butterscotch & banana) nose. Sweet flavor with notes of oak (vanilla), floral & spice. Soft sweet & spicey finish. Light spicey (cinnamon) lingering flavor with a touch of spice. Not a fan of the price but it's so soft (like water) on the finish. Possibly dangerious? Good bye Blind Butcher @ Dallas.

Neat; Strong spearmint nose with notes of oak, saw dust & sweetness. Sweet oak flavor with notes of dark fruit. Oak finish with a touch of spearmint & nuts. Nutty lingering flavor with notes of alcohol. The synhitic cork used for my bottle is "peeling." Not sure if anyone else is experincing this problem. Solid bourbon, but not worth the $99.99 price tag.
