Maple syrup and corn pudding, some spice in there on the mid to finish.

Nose gets big butterscotch caramel notes, very complex middle, big bite but not too much to sip neat

Nose had a raisin and brown sugar aroma. Initial taste is stone fruit, cherry with a spicy burn mid to late taste that I don’t prefer.

Vanilla and spearmint come through initially, get a bit of malt on the back end. Overall has a thin mouthfeel and I would possibly prefer it proofed up.

Apple, cacao, and tobacco on the nose. Mostly get the cacao on the back end, with little vanilla and tobacco. Feels slightly lean. Reminds me of a more mellow proofed down uncle nearest 1856

Caramel corn nose, caramel with some vanilla and just plain easy drinking. Just about perfect
