    A beautiful bourbon. Vanilla, baking spice and cinnamon. Immensely sippable and friendly while maintaining a bold and interesting character.

    Nice spice with big flavor while not being overly hot. Light herbal notes that don’t lean too much into the typical black licorice I’ve found in other rye. Candy and cinnamon.

    Spicy and dry, but with a sweetness that helps to mellow it out. Fairly standard bourbon that maintains some unique character. Savory and earthy.

    Floral, perfume-like nose. Very light, sweet, brown sugar and caramel flavors. Rose hips and buttered popcorn with a dash of cinnamon. Very little bite. Not very challenging, easy to sip. Clean finish.

    Quite sweet. Red and green apple with vanilla, spice and dark caramel. Rich, full flavor with a slight bite yet easy to drink and dry, cat-tongue finish.

    Solid traditional bourbon. Vanilla, cherry, banana and caramel with a bit of peppery spice. The higher proof brings some heat, but it fades pretty fast and overall easy to drink. Maybe best value for the <$20 price range.

    A perfect scotch in my opinion. Dark fruit, date-like sweetness with just enough smoke to make it interesting but not overpowering. The vanilla and rich earth tones make it almost a bourbon-like character but still maintains everything great about scotch.

    The purest example of a Speyside scotch. Apple/pear with a bit of spice and VERY subtle smoke. Floral and sweet but not overly sweet and a rich finish. Nothing fancy or overly interesting, but a damn fine scotch great for beginners and veterans alike.
