Lauder's Blended Scotch 🤷‍♂️ Sight 🧐 ; Light straw-coloured, Nose 👃; Caramel and malt sweetness, slight fruit at the end, Taste 👅 ; Light spice and smoke, caramel, slight dryness, Finish 🇫🇮 ; Smooth, medium length with some more fruits, mostly apricots and apples, 6 / 10 🥃 A little to light and smooth for my palate, even tho it's nicely balanced I'd like some thing that excites me some more.

Sight 🧐 ; Light yellow blended whisky with fast running legs, Nose 👃 ; Milk chocolate, vanilla, some spice heat, slight smoke, Taste 👅 ; Vanilla, some smoke, slight fruit, some nuts towards the finish, Finish ; Smooth with some light smoke, medium length,

A simple but oh so good Glenmorangie the Original 10 year 👌 Sight 🧐 ; Lightly yellow, almost straw-coloured, Nose 👃 ; Quite light, small florals and vanilla, Taste 👅 ; Sweet honey, nuts, orange zest, Finish 🇫🇮 ; Soothing, with nice lingering flavours of chocolate and vanilla, 7 / 10 🥃

Been under the weather for over a week now, a nasty cough is all that remains, lucky for me there is very few cures as effective as a good whisky 👌 @talisker 10 year old single malt 🤤 Sight 🧐 ; Dark amber liquid, Nose 👃 ; Brine, smoke, pepper, peat, Taste 👅 ; Smoky peat, salt, brine, oak, fruit, pear I think 🤔 Finish 🇫🇮 ; Dry, full of peat, medium length, 7 / 10 🥃

Sight 🧐 ; Dark yellow to amber with big legs on the inside of the glass, Nose 👃 ; Toffee, red apples, roasted nuts and a whiff of anise, Taste 👅 ; Spicy notes, a light vanilla, sweet, nice mouth of nuts, slight oak and smoke, Finish 🇫🇮 ; The spicyness comes to the fore, cinnamon and anise, medium length, 8 / 10 🥃

The Glenlivet 18 years 😍 I do love my speyside whiskys 🤤 Visuals 🧐 ; Beautiful gold coloured gold, with small and light legs, Nose 👃 ; Oak, sweet fruits, especially apples, light florals, overall surprisingly light on the nose, Taste 👅 ; Apples, brown sugar, honey, chocolate, slight spicey oak, Finish 🇫🇮 ; Long, pleasant with oak and toffee, Hard to complain about a whisky-distillery that's been around since 1824 👌 9 / 10 🥃

My first encounter with Auchentoshan was a birthday gift many years ago, Still the whisky that made me turn my eye towards the lowlands and speyside 👌 Nose 👃 ; Cacao, vanilla, sweet baking spices, Taste 👅 ; Chocolate, tobacco, light liquorice, sherry, dark fruits, Finish ; Warm and long, 9 /10 🥃

Nose 👃 ; Butterscotch, vanilla, honey with a background of fruits, Taste 👅 ; Some light spice, caramel, surprisingly more sour than sweet, barley and corn, Finish ; Somewhat sharp and short to medium length with cinnamon and fruits, 8 / 10 🥃
