Had it years ago. Great highland malt, I seem to remember that it was soft on the floral sweetness, which allowed some pepper and spice to get through.

Edit: I did go ahead and try this with different amounts of water, and it affected the flavor. Rather than just smoothing over the rough alcohol, it changed the flavor to that of a slightly above average sherry-finished scotch. Bumping him down to a 3.25. I want to like this more, but it’s a bit boozy for me. Very enjoyable, but the complexity that I know is in there can be buried by the proof. Will try watering down.

Great, well-rounded scotch. Smooth as butter, classic as Times New Roman. Just melt into your chair and enjoy this boy, sip by delicious sip.
