Aberlour // Highlands, Scotland
Aberlour A’bunadh is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at cask strength.
The name A’bunadh [a-BOON-arh] means “original” in Gaelic and is intended as a tribute to a style of whisky produced at the distillery in the late 1800s under founder James Fleming.

Tasting Notes
"As expected, there are loads of sherry wine aromas, but banana and ginger are found as well. As this is cask strength, one should add a few drops of water for the tasting profile to expand. A closed wood spiced taste will develop into sweet berry-licious flavors in no time."
