    Wow! Very complex on the way to a sweet but not overbearing finish. Alcohol scent is not pungent. Prefer this over Cake, but like both. Cheddar really brings out a distinct nuttiness while manchego muddles it into a creamy nothingness.

    Light, sweet nose with a pleasing, lingering finish. I was trying to determine what the finish taste was before reading the notes: cinnamon for sure. Didn’t get apples.

    Unflavored is easy on the tongue with a creamy, almost sweet finish. Have enjoyed infused with vanilla bean and lime peels (delicious); currently awaiting vanilla bean and fig infusion.
