Immediate pit fruit on the nose-peach and apricot. Opening to caramel and delicious oak and butter. Cool on the tongue. Grass and cereal. Smooth.

Caramel and marshmallow on the nose with the slightest bit of raw potato. Cool at first then quick-building spiciness. Anise and buttered-brown sugar. A bit of hay and grass.

Initially a hint of green apple on the nose opening into caramel and oak with the slightest bit of smoked bacon. Tastes of sweet apple and cereal. Mild spice and bread. Subtle with a a medium finish.

Let this one breathe for a few minutes to open the bouquet. Orange and pickle brine on first whiff. On second smell a bit of caramel comes into play. Let this sit on the tongue to bring out cherry, orange marmalade and pineapple. Cereal and grass round it out. Excellent.

It starts with an immediate and welcome noseful of Oak followed by caramel and a hint of green apple. A smoothness that I don’t want to end. Tobacco and leather. Hay and a touch of mint. I’ve found a new favorite!

Deep brown color with a noticeable sherry/port nose. Immediate flavors of caramel and oak leading into a subtle anise spicy smoothness. Silky on the tongue with the slightest hint of brown sugar.
