Wow! Strawberry on the nose which transfers to the palet. Light like a Rye with the Strawberry sweetness transfering to the palette. It leaves you with a bit of heat and dark chocolate!

When comparing the Buffalo Trace products within the same mashbill, I feel like the differences lie in how the flavors come to you more than differences in the actual flavors. With Buffalo Trace, you get everything almost at once and then it is gone. This makes it harder to pull different notes other than the sweet corn and oak. Still satisfying and easy! A great every day pour that I love with a chunk of ice and a luxardo. Do NOT pay too much. I’m comfortable with $25 - $35.
