Tastes

If you like peated scotch, which I do, it's worth a try. It's smoke and peat all the way through, with just a hint of tire fire. There was a bit of sweetness there too, but it was hard for me to pick up much beyond that. I found it interesting and worth the experience, but probably won't be going back for another. Just not quite to my taste.

Nose: tart green apple, damp moss, a hint of lemon zest, and something floral. Palate: much of the same notes with a bit of spice and barrel char coming through. It's a nice one. Refreshing. Worth giving a try and good for the price point.
