Second time coming back after the bottle has opened up a bit. Dang this is good! A little nutty, oily mouth feel, fruity and classic bourbon notes. This OHLQ pick is good!

Nose: sweet, dark, oaky, spicy Pallet: milk chocolate, nutmeg, sweet Finish: medium, sweet This is the best wheated I’ve ever had. Almost unbeatable at $50 a bottle. Up there with ECBP for Heaven Hill

Not really a scotch guy, but this isn’t too bad!

One of my favorites. By far and away better than any wheated I’ve had before. Nose is amazing, fruity and fresh! Pallet is fruity, oaky and creamy with a little tobacco. Creamy and fruit through the medium length finish with some nice spice. I’d take this all day over many things more expensive.

Pretty good for the price point. Slightly worse than some bookers I’ve had (different by proof of course), but similar tasting notes
