Floral, fruit and citrus bomb, spicy and warming. This rye is worth every penny and is outstanding for only 4yrs in a barrel.

Knob creek single barrel, 120 proof, 9yr aged Nose: maple syrup, honey stinger waffle (delicious), snickerdoodle cookies, damp wood Taste: spicy, warm cinnamon, baking spices, sweet to start but finishes slightly bitter, bitter oak. Overall a good pour. Holds up well for 120 proof. I added a few drops of water. I think if I bought this again I’d hold out for a store pick. See how tasty that one was.
