Tastes

Aroma: Hotel Cleaner, kerosene, bloody steak+potatoes, lighter fluid, grapefruit, green mango, pineapple. Flavor: Crazy amounts of acid here, bringing immense complexity. Lychee, guava, rubber. Every sip is a new flavor, with enough sweetness and acidoty to make every sip enjoyable.

Aroma: Banana peel, butterscotch Flavor: Sweet, then spicy, then smokey. Like cayenne on a Werther's Original. Pear-like when taking a mouthful. Both interesting and enjoyable.

Distilled from Cenizo. Aroma: Feta cheese, leather, browned apple, lemon curd. Flavor: Merengue, cotton candy, dried apples, dried peppers. So very easy to drink with immense complexity.

Nose: Green apple, leather, fresh linen, honey. Flavor: Remarkably sweet, likely due to the high alcohol content. Reminds me of Sartorial cologne by Penhaligons. Beeswaxy, caramel, tart fuji apple, smokey aftertaste. One of the best damn distillates I've had the pleasure of tasting.
