    Aromas are spice, malt, pumpernickel and a bit of solvent. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose not overpowering sweet, a little bit of fruit and a long taffy finish.

    Aromas are caramel toffee butterscotch and oak. Flavors are similar to nose, sweet with just a little bit of alcohol bite in the back. Pretty smooth for a hundred proof. Very easy sipping.

    Been drinking Springbank for years when I can get it. Recently skyrocketed in price and haven't been able to get it for a few years. Real treat finding this. Really easy sipper. They had a couple bottles of the 15 but they vanished quick time.

    From Willett Distillery, Bardstown Kentucky. Aromas are spice, pumpernickel and caramel malt. Flavors are similar to nose with an easy sweetness. Some circus peanuts and a bit medicinal in the finish. Overall a good drop.

    Aromas are lots of spice and caramel. Flavors are similar to nose, add in some pumpernickel and great balance between sweet bitter and just right burn. I got the bottle at least 7 years ago and just opened it. Big mistake because the cork had gone bad. It was still sealed but I ended up with some of the cork in the liquid. I need plenty of roughage anyway.

    Aroma in the bottle is solvents. Flavors are mainly sweet with some woody, spice, and Maple. Not bad but not as good as I thought it was going to be.

    I pick up the apples and cinnamon at first. A little butter in the finish with decent body and as others have said, sippable despite strength. Not much of vanilla. A good drop.

    First tried this Boutique rum when I was going to college in Puerto Rico spring of 84. It was also the first time I ever had a sipping rum and was astounded that it could be so good. The Puerto Ricans are justly proud of this which totally smokes Bacardi. Super smooth upfront with caramel toffee tobacco and Oak. Just right sweetness. A little earthy towards the Finish which leaves me wanting more.
