Tastes of hay and oak from the quarter casks that were blended in. Meh. Doesn’t marry well.

High priced mediocrity in a glass. No distiller statement when purchased. Sourced from KY and Indiana...tastes like Dickel...buyers remorse.

2018 bottle. Fantastic caramel and vanilla note. Hallmarks of a classic bourbon. Slightly oily and lingering finish. Proofed just about right and drank neat.

95/100 on my bottle of 2019. Best rye I’ve had all year hands down. A low rye “rye” mash bill gives it the touch of sweetness to compliment the palate. Beautifully done. Viscous...long finish...hits all the notes.
